IQ Software Subscriptions are month-to-month with no up-front software charges. Implementation and Training pricing is based on the purchase of a block of consulting hours that can address the anticipated complexity of the designated configuration. Any unused hours are retained for continued consulting.

IQ Mobile
IQ Mobile is an optional license that guarantees assigned users access to IQ through a dedicated session vs using the concurrent sessions that are shared with office staff.

IQ Mobile has limited functionality and is intended primarily for Schedule Distribution, Punch Clock Time Collection, Work Order and Document Viewing, Daily Progress Reports, Expense Documentation, and Customer Signoffs.

IQ Mobile is independent and can have different quantities than the standard office modules. Below are the pricing tiers for customers that need a different number of IQ Mobile sessions.

Understanding User Sessions
Concurrent Sessions
IQ is licensed on a “Concurrent Session” basis. The number of Sessions licensed defines how many users can be in the system ‘Simultaneously’. This allows you to give system access to an unlimited number of people (each having their own login, password and security permissions) but not pay individually for each person.

IQ has Intelligent Session Management and can automatically log out dormant users, freeing up sessions for use by active users.
While the pricing examples above show tiers of 3/5/10/15 sessions, those are simply examples to show that discounting occurs as Sessions increase. IQ allows you to license any number of sessions (minimum of 3) within those tiers, not just the quantities shown. This puts you in control of the overall cost of IQ by adjusting the monthly subscription to an amount that fits your perceived value of the system.
Dedicated IQ Mobile
Because people in the field need unabated system access, IQ offers “Dedicated” Mobile Sessions. These sessions are assigned directly to a user and guarantee them 24/7 access vs the Concurrent Sessions that could be unavailable when needed, causing the user to wait.IQ Mobile Sessions are designed to have limited system access via employee Smart Phone or Tablet, and focus on data collection that a Field Supervisor would typically enter such as Crew Time, Customer Sign-off, Daily Progress Reports, Expense Postings, etc. It is not full system access but does have the functionality you would expect for your field staff.
ACH Payments
ACH Payments
Because IQ is a monthly subscription and the monthly payments are consistent, we contain administrative costs by using automated Electronic Invoicing and ACH Draw Collections through an FDIC regulated bank as our payment method. We will provide an ACH Authorization Form to formalize this process.
Canadian Customers: The Patriot Act does not permit us to collect payments internationally via ACH. If you cannot establish a US Domestic Bank checking account , we can transact via Credit Card. We will set that card up with our Credit Card processor, Square, and they will transact your payments through that account.
